Canadian Aviation College interview questions

PRM is a middle east guy who speaks lots about his struggles in aviation and keeps telling me that I should be thankful for this opportunity. They put an advertisement that they need full time people, and during interview he changed it to part time. I asked about the shifts and his reply is whenever we need you we will call, and he expect me to show up. I was ok with all conditions and then he wants me start working from next day which is not possible for me. He keeps telling me about tons of resume coming every day there, I was like yeah I was born yesterday. To be frank, they expect someone who can join them when they need, it's clear they are not organized.
