informal yet thorough. The initial interview was conducted by phone based on a recommendation the employed had been provided by a consultant. This resulted in a second interview in Northbay. I enjoyed my time with CBO technical, professional and administrative staff members who were all very professional, this together with genuine friendliness I often experienced in subsequent years working for them was very agreeable. Sadly this changed dramatically and negatively - when NWS PM was resigned to Raytheon Canada Ltd.,
