2 interviews - first one is with hiring manager, HR and a few other manager level people and people you'd work directly with; second interview is with hiring manager and director level. Assignment is given ahead of time for you to prepare and present.

HR Screening interview and then panel interview. Questions were provided in writing about half an hour prior to the interview. Which does not quite feel like enough time but was a good primer.

Panel interview with the HR recruiter, hiring manager, person in the role already, and someone from another department for the heck of it. The HR person recommended studying the job posting to prepare, and a list of 9-10 questions was sent about 15 minutes prior to the meeting.
Similar to other interview feedback, felt some of the panellists were not really interested in hearing what I had to say. The interview started late, the hiring manager rolled their eyes when answering the first question on background.
