Just a quick call with HR and a meeting with the store manager. Was simple, they asked some questions about my work experience and explained the job. After the interview I did the required HR training in the office.

Complete an online application and got forwarded to an in-person interview at the establishment. I believe they would prefer previous experience, if you don't have any try your best to explain the best course of action in the given situations. Maintain eye contact, stay calm, & be yourself!
It was an in-person interview with the manager. I found it like friendly talk. Interviewer took care to make me confortable. Accepted the offer on the same day and they asked for documents
It was very Easy.
Just one round with the store manager.
Face to face interview for about 20-30 minutes. Dint consist of much steps as it was a floor part time to full time position.
