I applied through university. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Candere.com in June 2025
Interview
Interview - part of an on-campus placement:
1.Resume Shortlisting: Based on academic background, skills, and relevant projects.
2.Python Assignment Submission
3.Technical Interview with the Team Head:
Discussed the submitted Python assignment.
Asked questions from my resume ,projects, experience.
SQL concepts were tested (joins, DISTINCT, and types of SQL commands like DDL, DML,TCL).
Finally, a live coding round - python even/odd checks, string manipulation, and array logic.
The next day ,I was asked if I would be comfortable relocating to any of the listed office locations — I said yes.
After that, there was no further communication from their end, despite completing all rounds, asking for further updates regarding onboarding and expressing location flexibility. (They ghosted)
Well the whole process seemed like a scam and it was pretty weird. The people who call and talk to you seem unprofessional in every sense of the word. I am pretty scared based on just the way they've done the whole interview process.
They give you one form to fill before interviewing. It is filled with school type quest.. and have nothing to do with career... wer do you see after 5 10 25 years.. do you have political connection.. do you get dream of working n so on. In interviewing they judge you on basis of language and not knowledge. HR is not good.. dont guide candidate
