Everything was fine until GIA assessment
I send CV, finished with written assignment. Then received email from Kristofer ( hiring manager) where he notified me that he will move me to the next step to finish GIA but I didn't received a link for it. I contacted him about this and he immediately closed my candidate page. Two month passed, position is still open.

Interview
The interview process was rigorous and highly scrutinizing, demanding careful attention to detail at every stage. It required thorough preparation and a deep understanding of the role, as each step was designed to evaluate both technical competence and cultural fit. The intense scrutiny ensured that only the most qualified candidates advanced, making it a challenging yet rewarding experience for those who were well-prepared.

Question 1
How would you approach troubleshooting a situation where an instance in an OpenStack cloud is failing to launch?
I applied online. I interviewed at Canonical in Apr 2023
Interview
The interview starts with a write interview asking some technical questions and some personal experience like if you were good at math in high-school. It is interesting that you get to connect with a hiring lead from a engineering team directly. But the whole process seems a little bit lengthy.
