8 stages for a non c suite role seemed really outrageous, and I highlighted the company culture negatively from the start and some of the stages seemed irrelevant for the role.
I applied online. I interviewed at Canonical (Sydney) in Jan 2023
Interview
Fill out a big form with questions. Then you need to submit all those answers. After that, a psychological test. Then I just get refused without explanation. I do not really know what is wrong with that company.

I applied through other source. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Canonical
Interview
Muy largo y tedioso. Al final te piden algo que pueden ser 3 o 4 horas de tu vida para filtrar pero el feedback que te dan es bastante random. Porque lo revisa otra persona y no la que te hace la entrevista
it was ok, essay, recruiter call, 5 interviews and 2 hacker rank assesments. not biased but felt like interviewer was reading off a word doc 0 emotion. other than that i dont know what the hacker rank was for.. completely unrelated enginering questions than the job description of course.
