Long and tedious. The "hiring manager" and one of the managers who interviewed me looked so bored I thought they were about to fall asleep. The whole process has been ridiculed countless times so I won't repeat it here. Other than that, they made you sit through all the processes even when they have a candidate already. I was interviewed by a couple of managers, two of them looked absolutely bored and that's when I knew they just wanted to make me going through the process but had no intention to hire me. I'm not HR but I have a feeling that maybe they need to interview a certain number of candidates before they can decide. I also noticed the "diversity" they advertised on their site is non existent as I only saw one gender besides HR and definitely one race. Since they claim they are a global company, I'm guessing it's the same in other countries.

Interview
The Interview process is very length. There are around 10 round of interview which consumes more time of an employee. They dont even look up our resume and asks question with irrelavant skillset.
