Interview
Avoid this company at all costs. They don't read your CV and like many had said before they asked you for a written interview which they don't read as well. Then you have to go through a psychometric test about 30-40 mins long. If your score is good then they will review your written interview, if not they will send you standard rejection email. Their one way interview process is so disrespectful to the candidates. Imagine how the work culture going to be. Major RED flag. So many reviews posted here with no offer. How much of other people time have they wasted. Be happy that you dodged a bullet.

Interview
They have a really long, tiring interview process. The first round was a written interview where I had to answer like 15 questions. Then a coding interview with 1 hour time that I could do anytime for 2 weeks. Then I had to take a personality test and they totally ghosted me.
The first round is a bunch of questions like 30 or so where you have to describe your expierence, personal and academical information. Then there is a asynch technical interview and a psychology test.
