It is a too-long process, they want you to write 15 pages long written interview, and this is only the beginning. They ask you so many unnecessary questions, such as "What would your high school colleagues say about you?"

1. Endless questionnaire ranging many different topics, even asking you about high school and university
2. Psychometry test, about 45 mins
3. Python coding + questions on specific knowledge about threads and other advanced topics
I spent hours on this interview process and didn’t talk to a single human face to face. I don’t even think they review each step before sending you the next time wasting assignment. I should specify that I didn’t even list Python on my resume and they waited until the third step to force a Python task which is prefaced with “this role requires significant experience with Python”.

Question 1
Most of them are related to your technical skills. If the interviewer works with ubuntu core they will ask you questions related to that. If the interviewer is the MaaS team leader then the questions will change. If the interviewer is a marketing leader then they will ask you about your personality to analyze it. IQ and attention tests are the common ones that you can find on the internet.
