I applied through an employee referral. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Canva (Sydney)
Interview
I had three interviews, two were mostly introductions to the Talent Recruiter and leader of the team my role was under. The third was with the Creative Leads of the Brand Team, which was along the lines of a typical designer interview, where I had the opportunity to talk through two of my projects.

Question 1
What was the thinking behind the name of your project?
4 stage interview process. Initial, design/skill test, design challenge presentation, final interview. Very tedious and it took a month. Design challenge was related to the role I applied for and gave me a glimpse of what my job would be like

Question 1
Tell me about a time you clashed with a coworker and how you handled it
Smooth, open, honest! Very friendly and they try to match your skills with your role or position in the company. Happy that HR was also open to answering my many questions about the role and culture of Canva.
