It was first a resume screen. Then it was a hackerank consisting of three questions, probably medium difficulty. Past that stage it was an info session where they explained the final interview process. Final interview was a live technical plus behavioural questions.

The first interview, which is a behaviour interview starts with some simple tech questions and is followed by behaviour questions such as Give me a time when you did something.

It was a safe space, but still professional. The interviewer made sure I felt that I was comfortable; she was encouraging too in a sense that I felt less nervous in sharing my answers. She gave off an inspiring vibe.
