I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Canva (Austin, TX) in July 2024
Interview
It was pretty simple, 3 interviews. They gave you all the information you needed. Everyone was nice and the recruiters were great.
I interviewed once and didn't get the role, but they suggested I apply for a different one. I applied and again interviewed for that new role. I used the feedback I was given to learn from my previous experience and presented that way. Ultimately I was turned down a second time. I left the process feeling like I didn't know what they wanted in an AE.

Question 1
What part of the Canva pillars do you resonate with the most?
Recruiter and Hiring Manager I met with were great but it did not work out. The process was timely and the recruiter was good at communicating via email throughout everything.

Interview
Lots of mini tasks and side questions but generally a screening interview, followed by a team interview, then one with the manager, then a challenge interview, and lastly a formal interview with a higher up, then the offer is made.

Easy interview process. 3 rounds. Recruiter, Hiring Manager & Canva Challenge (panel interview). Great communication from recruiter. One of the smoothest interview processes I've had. Felt very prepared coming into the challenge
