I applied in 2022 and had a response within a week. After I confirmed my eligibility for the internship program through LevelUP I was accepted and started immediately. At the time LevelUp was a new program for post-secondary students and it's an honorarium system where you get paid a sum of money after 80 hours.

I had an interview scheduled for an internship with this company. Initially, I had been communicating over Indeed for some initial screening questions. Eventually, I was told to email them to indicate my availability for an interview. After some brief back and forth with the HR intern over email, we settled on a date and time for an interview. Here is where the story takes a turn. I show up to the zoom interview all ready to go. After 5 minutes, I see that no one has joined the call. I decide to double check my emails to make sure I hadn't mixed up the date or joined the wrong Zoom link. Nope, there were no mix-ups to be had. I decide to wait a little longer just in case the interviewer was running late because I understand that life happens. After 20 minutes, the interviewer had still not shown up and I had not received any messages via email or Indeed. At this point, I decided to email them and kindly suggest that we reschedule to another date. The person never replied and still hasn't almost one week later. Long story short, beware if you apply to do an internship with this company because their HR department appears to be quite disorganized and appears to have no respect for people's time.
