Was disappointed & shocked with the kind of irresponsible professionalism displayed by HR of Capco . First they put through rounds for functional testing then they referred to UAT TESTING POSITION again after same fresh process after 4 rounds they shot a RUDE rejection mail with noreply REASON we received many qualified applications & we have found a better candidate… it took them 4 rounds to realise this. HR was most unprofessional regarding scheduling at short notice & zero follow up or intimation.

Even after collecting all the personal relevant documents offer letter is not released. HR said that the offer letter is pending business approval for budget but she didn't even bother to call/inform what went wrong or to ask for negotiation. She just dropped the below mail with no feedback or explanation. HR should have the courtesy to inform the candidate in person with a proper reason as she had already taken budget approval before scheduling the interview. "Unfortunately, we have decided not to proceed with your candidacy for the current opening at Capco."
