The interview process at Capco was structured, engaging, and overall a positive experience. It started with a video interview featuring four questions, including “Tell me about yourself,” “Why Capco?” and “What technological advancements will shape the future of data analysis?” There were some technical issues during this round, which initially made me worry that it might affect my chances of moving forward. However, this was not an impediment, and the process continued smoothly.
Next, I had to prepare a case study presentation. The interviewer for this round was incredibly nice and encouraging, making the discussion feel more like a conversation rather than a formal evaluation. Following that, I completed a simple personality test, which was quick and easy.
The final interview was a mix of HR and motivation-based questions. I introduced myself and was asked about my experience managing people while handling my own tasks, whether I prefer working independently or in a team, and what I have found daunting in my work. The interviewer also asked about my motivations for the ADP program, Capco, and consulting in general.
Throughout the process, HR maintained clear and supportive communication, keeping me informed about each step and providing feedback along the way. The interviewers were all welcoming and created a stress-free environment, making the experience enjoyable and insightful.
Overall, despite the initial technical issues, the process was well-structured and left me with a great impression of Capco’s culture and approach to hiring.
