I applied through a staffing agency. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Capco (Orlando, FL) in July 2025
Interview
It was smooth. But it took a lot of time to schedule the interviews. It was a contract position. The recruiter was not considerate about scheduling interviews. There were 4 rounds of interviews, a recruiter call, a programming assessment, a technical round with CAPCO, and a final round with the end client. Every round was smooth, but I didn't receive an offer even after clearing all the interviews.

It has a 15min recruiter call and then 3 rounds of interview one with Python coding and next one is a AI based technical round and the final one with the capco director.
