I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Capita (Bedford, England) in June 2013
Interview
Quite a few steps to the process.
Phone interview.
Psychometric test.
Assessment day.
Face to face interview.
Assessment day was the trickiest as I had never done one but the quality of of people was pretty poor but I was still surprised that I got the role out of 150 applicants.
The recruiter started off by explaining that the training will be unpaid and last for 12 weeks, from 9 to 5.
The interview was a mixture of technical and behavioural competency based questions.
Recruiter was nice but not really worth your time to apply here.

Interview
Technical interview was bad. Interviewers seemed not interested. The whole experience was pretty bad and left me wondering about the company and their team. Wouldn't apply again. Recruiter was very nice but thats it.

Had a phone interview then went to a face to face interview and I've had no response it's been three weeks.. I understand that I wasn't successful but could have the decency to email or phone back.
