I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Capita
Interview
Phone interview with recruiter. Phone interview with HR. In person interviews with HR and with prospective line manager. Asked to present details of a recent technical solution worked on. Much of the questioning was thus based on real world scenarios and actual issues that had to be dealt with what, why, how. Got the feeling that decision to hire was made during the interview.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Asked some detailed questions about tech that I could have used (but hadn't).
I applied through other source. I interviewed at Capita (London, England)
Interview
Most unprofessional panel, either disinterested or predecided on whom to recruit. One of the panel members was smirking through the interview. Though it was clear from body language that they had no intention of hiring, they still went 15 minutes overboard with their interview time.
I applied online. I interviewed at Capita (London, England) in Jan 2025
Interview
There were two interviewers, they seemed somewhat unprepared, one was very quiet and the other asked competency based technical questions. It lasted about 40mins longer than scheduled. I got the impression they were looking for a question I couldn't answer. There appeared to be some underlying hostility, especially when the quiet one asked questions, he asked two in an hour and 30mins.
I applied online. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Capita (London, England) in Aug 2024
Interview
Easy, only two stages. Very quick process. Two sets of two interviewers. A mix of competency and technical questions. First interview was an hour, second was half an hour. All online.
