Two stages of the interview went relatively well. After it, i was invited to so called onboarding process, which included signing of contract. Can't say i was absolutely surprised, but contract turned out to be 100% biased towards employer's side, and i didn't recognize any advantages there for me as for employee. Even the job title was different from what i was told at the beggining. After small discussion of terms of the contract with HR department, i understood that i won't be provided with different terms, at least i didn't had wish to ask directly to change terms. Because, i don't think that company which provides such rigged terms of work can be out of understanding of basic labour protection and humanism principles. Even if we do it all the private sector and capitalism way, the offer is barely interesting, unless you want to push your luch during several months, expecting to get your commision only based salary.
