Captivate Exhibits interview questions

Captivate seemed to have a friendly and professional small company vibe. However, they dragged their process out in one of the most unprofessional interviews I've been part of. The hiring process took THREE months. There was an initial call to discuss "cultural fit", an online assessment, interview meetings with EACH leader, and the final round consist of an interview with ALL leaders (again) for final judgement. It is extremely redundant and slow. Also, the lack of communication was impressive. Weeks would go by without so much as a returned email or brief update on the application status. This slow decision-making and lack of follow up can be found at just about any large corporation elsewhere.
