I had 2 interviews. Both were terrible. Upon first meeting the MD and his only other employee in Liverpool, I was quite optimistic and confident about the interview. However after sitting there for an hour listening to the MD try to oversell a company that basically makes Powerpoint presentations for other companies to busy to do it themselves, I realised it wasn't for me (or, anyone).
The MD thought it was acceptable to answer multiple phone calls during both interviews, cutting me off mid sentence to speak with someone over the phone. At one point during my first interview, he became distracted by someone over my shoulder and totally ignored everything I had been saying to him. What a knock for my confidence! A completely abysmal first impression.
After I calmed down about how ignorant the MD was to me, I was relieved to not be offered a job with the company. I suppose that's the only good thing that came out of the whole experience - I dodged a bullet!
