We were engaged in a aptitude tests. played multiple games in groups. testing leadership skills, collaboration, speed, communication skills, public speaking and agility. The recruiting team graded each after keenly observing and listening to each.

Interview
The interviews are competitive. They require intense preparation. The interview was a great learning opportunity. The interviewers and interviewees had fun. It remains to date the most memorable interview. The interview also involved group assessments.
