Interview
Very straight forward and stress free. Everyone I spoke with was friendly and polite. I heard from the recruiter and spoke with her over the phone about a week and half after I applied. I was then scheduled for a follow up call with one of the marketing managers the next week. I went to their office the third week for an in-person interview and met with three of the marketing team members for a total of 1.5 - 2 hours.
While I did not get the job, they were prompt in following up to let me know (I was also sent a survey from a third party service asking to provide feedback on the process). I asked the recruiter for any feedback on my interview and she scheduled a call! This is not only the first time I feel that I've received a genuine response (if any) as to why a company has decided to move forward with other candidates, but this is the only time a recruiter got on the phone to answer my questions. This was probably the best aspect of the entire process and I greatly appreciated it.

Interview
Applied online, automated email said to expect to hear back in 1-2 weeks. Heard back about a month later. Scheduled phone interview with HR representative for the next week, had a follow-up phone interview with direct manager a few days later, and had a final phone interview with a department head a few days after that. Received a verbal offer the same day as the last interview, and a formal offer shortly after. Very responsive and efficient once contact was established, also very understanding as I stressed that this was very time sensitive for me.
At one point during the interviews, I offered to fly to Boston for an on-site interview from out of state, and they did not ask me to (thanks!).
All three interviewers were friendly and asked questions that I felt gave me a chance to present myself well. After working there, I believe that they represented the company accurately.
