The overall process was super fast and efficient. Had a screening call with the recruiter first and had one round of three back-to-back interviews with the hiring manager and team members. Very friendly vibe from all interviewers and they seem much excited to initiate a new business momentum in the company. Mostly behavioral but also includes some case-like interview questions. The result came out 3-4 hours after the interview which I enjoyed most - also could see the pace of decision making in the company. Declined the offer in the end due to a personal logistics issue regarding location but it was one of the best interview experiences that I've ever gotten and highly recommend the company.
