Phone interview, face to face interview, background check, one more face to face, and a drug test by mouth swab if selected. Used STAR format questions so be prepared to think of situations, tasks, assessments, and the result.

Quick and easy interview, relaxed and personable interview, friendly people and was overall felt good about the interview let me know about 1 hours later if I was hired or not
3 interviews over all easy. They did ask me a ton of questions rewarding my previous jobs, they were very customer oriented. I had 3 interviews and they did drill you down to make sure you the best fit.

Interview
First was the initial phone screening where basic qualifications of the job were reviewed and if they like you then a second in-person interview with a senior manager where more in-depth questions are asked. Prior experience is not necessary for this job.
