The initial screening interview was quite easy, with only a few personality-based questions and a tree transversal problem that I solved in Java. The interviewers were thrilled with my responses, and told me they would most likely contact me for another interview.
Several days later, I received a 300-question personality test to complete online. I believe I was rejected on the basis of my personality test, which suggests they place more credence on the formalized corporate hiring process.

I had a phone screen, the lady was really nice and just asked me about my backgrund. usually stuff nothing too intense. didnt get back to be for like 6 months but were very friendly.

Conversations about the dev stack and then they ask you to write a simple program. It was a method to choose a car with information about it from different data structures
Standard deal with the recruiter, deal with HR, then a phone interview with a hiring manager and others on the same call.
Turns out the job postings have nothing to do with the job being interviewed for. Carmax does bait and switch for their IT positions.
