Interview
It was a process of approximately two hours. The answers must be correct according to the policies of the company. After finishing that 45 minute exam. You have a first interviewer, simple and basic questions about your experience. Then you have another interviewer for 20 minutes and you have a practical case and how you handle!

Describe a SITUATION in which you had a dissatisfied customer
Virtual interview. It was maybe 30ish minutes. It was pretty laid back but still professional. They gave me ample time to answer each question and they were very open to answer any questions that I had as well.

Was a video interview on Microsoft teams. One on one interview with recruiting manager. She explained role and training requirements. It was approximately thirty minute interview. Upon discussing my experience, I was offered a position during that call.

Received an email the next day after applying online for a phone call interview and then the next day a video chat interview with Talent Acquisitions. Heard back the next day with an offer. Very quick and professional. Received documents online to fill out and schedule my ID check and drug screen, already received my schedule as well.
