Had an interview with the CEO and Founder/CCO, where we went through my portfolio and experiences. Later, I also had an interview with the Senior Producer, which was more of a chemistry interview.
I believe my performance during the interview was not up to par due to my lack of proper preparation and overwhelming desire for the job. The interview environment did not help either, as one interviewer was constantly checking their phone and another left the room in the middle of our discussion. These distractions only added to my nervousness and discomfort, making it difficult for me to articulate my thoughts effectively. Lastly, It was clear from their responses and inquiries that they hadn't looked at my resume properly.
