Interview
Asked about background and motivations for joining the climate founders programme. Probed a lot on whether I would be willing to leave current role before joining the programme and if I would be completely committed to working in a startup. I found this quite uncomfortable given it was just a first round call to find out more about the opportunity, which is initially temporary and unpaid.

Interview
A 15 minute interview which focused on motivations for joining the scheme and willingness to reduce other commitments. I was told that there would be two interviews, but was turned down after the first one.
