I interviewed at Cardinal Contractors (Saint Peters, MO)
Interview
I should’ve known from the very beginning. Got a message back from a female saying either to come in on a Tuesday or Thursday. Did not know it was going to be a group setting. The guys that were interviewing did not know a single thing about me, so I’m assuming my résumé never got in front of their eyes. The three guys putting on the presentation basically only talked about how much money you can make. Apparently, they are big on upselling anything and everything…and that is how they make their money. It rained the day I had my interview and the guys literally paused the interview and started jumping around because there were reports of hail. I was embarrassed for them because of the childish behavior.

Interview
Interview process was terrible. I have interview for multiple companies in the past and this is the worst one. They bring in 10-15 people for an interview at the same time and the owner talks about how much money you can make at the company. They then move you into their massive meeting room to give you a presentation on what they do. At first you're told there is no micro managing, but then they say there is micro managing, and then they basically in a nut shell said, if were micro managing you its for your own benefit. So there is micro managing. Once they are done giving their presentation they interview everybody individually and ask terrible generic questions. They do give you a company truck but you must pay for the gas, and they also track every thing you do in the truck which really is not that big of a deal. Overall the interview felt very disrespectful to each potential employer.
