While I haven’t formally interviewed yet, the energy exchanged through our emails already gives me the sense that this could be a space where I feel creatively and personally aligned. A safe, collaborative working environment is something I deeply value—whether I’m stepping in as a freelancer or part of a team. That kind of synergy is rare, and I don’t take it lightly.
