      Director Product Interview

      Application

I interviewed at CareDx in Feb 2026

      Interview

Got an email from recruiter to setup a phone call. Call was for 45minutes. Focus was fully on why i was leaving my current job and the past job history. Recruiter was emotionless and dry. Instead of focusing on what I bought to the table for this position and the company as a whole, the focus was too much on why I wanted to leave my current position and my past job history. The company needs to rethink their interviewing strategy.

      Interview questions [1]

      Question 1

Only asked to talk about my positions from the first position to the current position. I was not asked any other questions or asked if I had any questions.
