Phone screen. The interviewer was asking very complex questions from a phone screen. The information would have been better demonstrated in a test format for HEDIS scoring. I attempted to answer but the interviewer asked for deep detail, which I wasnt expecting. I lost interest in continuing the interview after the HEDIS calculation came for exact identification and scoring per measure. I actually wrote and asked for future candidates they qualify them with a test prior to the interviewing for competency. Frustrating and unprofessional interview. While I understand the reasoning, the format and execution was not typical and highly un ordinary. This company needs to design an exam to show competency as I stated prior. I could tell this new start up wasnt leadership savvy as yet. I wish them all the best and hope they learned from the experience.
