Remote Interview.
1st Round - Asked about past coding projects and your role in them. Why you want to join the company. Etc. They basically ask you to review your resume with them.
2nd Round - W/ the CEO about your goals while working for the co.
Then they decide whether or not to give you an offer. If you accept, you take a background check.
