Interview
You must apply for an interview on their website. Interviews are group interviews. Multiple general managers will be at a location. One of the GMS will interview you and see if you are a possible fit for their store. If they like you they will offer you a job at their store. If you are not able to work at their store, they will pass your information along to other stores hiring.

Interview
I was called in a couple days after applying, came in to talk with the manager about availability, and was immediately hired. It was a very casual and easy going interview process. Probably the easiest one I've ever experienced.
I had two interviews, both of which were positive. I was recommended by a different manager so I kind of knew I would get hired no matter what. Both interviews asked what I would do in particular scenarios, how I reacted to stress, and if I could handle pressure...etc.
