Interview
Very informal interview in which I met the manager/owner in his truck repair shop. While he did direct repair activities at the time, he maintained a conversation flow with me concerning job expectations. He was explicit in expressing that his employees were visible representatives of the company and that as such he expected complimentary behavior during loading, transport and delivery of materials including safety, customer relations, and timely service.
