Carlton Football Club interview questions

I had three interviews, 1 phone interview and 2 in person and never received a yes or no from the club. After following up HR multiple times through emails and phone calls, I still heard nothing back. Terrible process and unfair to candidates who make the time to interview for the role to not hear back at the bare minimum and to be ghosted by HR.

Always says its a casual role but expects you to work full time hours, 4 stage interview process, phone, skype, in person and then with the general manager of football, for the most basic entry level role, terrible communication then ghosts you at the very end, when tried to follow up you get pasted around by multiple people.
