The interview process was a short job shadow to see if you worked well in the job environment. You work most closely to the other rehab aides who assist the licensed physical therapist on premise. The high volume office is good for candidates who know how to work and manage multiple things at once and who are able to hold conversations with patients for an hour at a time.
