After an initial short interview, you begin training. Once you learn the software and all of their rules, you have 3 (?) 30 minute trials with employees acting like students. Your pay depends on your performance during these trials.

Interview
It was a group interview. First they ask you to participate in a teacher-student demo with you being the teacher; you go over a few slides of a lesson they give you, pretending to teach the material. Then, they ask a critical thinking question to each interviewee about how they would structure a class depending on the needs of the student.

Interview
A series of fairly basic interviews with a local leader. The eventual stages are the real-life simulations with several people at HQ that are emulating the students you will eventually deal with.
