      Anonymous interview candidate
      Declined offer
      Positive experience
      Average interview
      Difficult interview

      Application

I applied online. I interviewed at Cartus in Dec 2015

      Interview

many applications sent- three phone interviews, still waiting for weeks, finally a face to face- hope it goes well- we shall see next week but its been months trying to get in the door here and all I hear is they keep laying off people and advertising jobs- I am not sure how this one will go.

      Interview questions [1]

      Question 1

tell us about yourself- what has been your biggest weakness? What is your biggest strength?
      Answer question

      Application

I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Cartus in Jan 2022

      Interview

One HR screening on phone for about 15 minutes, then two video interviews with two employees each time. Many situational questions with open-ended answers. One person took notes while the other conducted the interview. Both video interviews took about an hour each. You must have your camera on and I would definitely prepare!

      Relocation Consultant Interview

      5 July 2010
      Anonymous employee
Swindon, Wiltshire, South West England, England
      Accepted offer
      Positive experience

      Application

The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Cartus (Swindon, Wiltshire, South West England, England) in Sept 2008

      Interview

It was quite a generic interview looking for skills rather than knowledge (they offer comprehensive training in house) so key things like organisation skills, commuication skills, flexibility, problem solving skills ect are what they are looking for and of course a willingness to learn new skills / information ongoing...

      Question 1

how would you handle a very upset client?
