i got this JD from one of my friend who works in CX. The HR called me to a face to face interview. when i got their office, i feel the people working there are so happy, they were smiling at all time. the Markcomm manager+HR are in the panel, they asked about my working experiences etc. I tried to be relax and be a good team player.
