Interview
They give you a piece of documents with a variety of scenarios and specified language, asking you what and how would you deal with the listed situation. Basic Chinese to English translation, vice versa. Some computer test for your English-vocab, grammar and listening. Last HR one-on-one interview.

very great, staff are friendly and really helpful, is a fun experience, just do more homework by yourself before going to the interview. Cause during group interview, everyone is very competitive.
Group of about 9 candidates, one on one interview with recruitment manager. Asked to read from a script in the 2nd language proficient in. Followed by a few weeks later of an online assessment, reading a PA.
