Interview
Part 1a: candidate typing test in Chinese, and listening test (Mandarin, between customer advisor and customer, noting down important details)
Part 1b: candidate speaking test in Mandarin. (reading key words/script, and 3 min self-intro in mandarin)
Both part 1a and 1b is done in a room by the candidate themselves alone.
Part 2a: panel interview with customer team lead and HR rep. questions mostly in English, some in canto and mandarin
Part 2b: roleplay scenario - where the candidate is a hotel front desk and the interviewer is an angry customer waiting to check in for a long time.

The whole process from start to finish was about 4weeks, screening call came several days after application then the actual interview a week after. Offer was received more or less 3 weeks after the face to face interview.
1. HireVue, answering around 5 questions, including behavioural questions and self introduction in English, Cantonese and Mandarin
2. online interview on Microsoft Teams with HR and the hiring manager of the team

Interview
Starts with a general HR call, then through Hire Vue you will be asked two questions, final stage is with HR, Head of Customer Service and Assistant Manager of Customer Service. You will also be expected to do a speed typing test and a listening test at the final interview stage.
