Standard interview questions, STAR based questions/responses. General screening with HR before meeting with manager and team. Process was completed with in same week interview was scheduled. Questions and interview depended on role you applied for.

Interview

Two interviewers one operations and one from HR in the first interview. The second interview had the first mentioned with the addition of two more Product Line Managers. Questions were not HSE related more directed to the product line knowledge.
