I really don't understand their game, it must be for someone who is desperate enough for:
- a mid-senior level role with junior-level pay
- no benefits, not even PTO
- why would you do such a stringent selection process for an hourly pay? if I don't deliver, you don't pay me, that should be enough, it's not like I'll get any social security
