The process was thorough and informative of what to expect from day one. The steps were laid out pretty clear from one interview to the next. It was a lengthy process, but it's understandable to make sure that the right person gets hired.

Interview
It started out with a phone screen with the branch manager. Then I spoke with the corporate recruiter based out of the company's HQ. An in-person interview with the Branch Manager and another BDM followed that. Finally, I had a great conversation with the company president.

Interview
Met with Branch Manager and staff at local office. Interview revolved around sales experience and cultural fit type questions. Meeting with staff was great to see how you would fit from a personality stand point since it is a small office. Then met with President of company.
