First stage with an HR rep, second stage with a current CVA , third stage a challenge round with an immediate followup scheduled.
First and second stages are your classic interview formats. Focuses primarily on translating your experience into the role. Need to be able to provide tangible examples of locating value opportunities and implementing them.
The challenge round is difficult. You're given a sample problem and a sandbox environment to solve it. Turnaround time is very quick but certainly not impossible. I'd highly recommend spending several hours getting comfortable with the tool using the Celonis site in advance. Also spend time prepping how you'd implement a solution... not just finding the gaps and framing the value.

There was an initial phone screen with the recruiter and the hiring manager, followed by a presentation prompt backed by their software where you had to basically sell their services to a client, followed by a presentation to an executive team who would simulate a client presentation scenario and grill you on why Celonis is valuable (backed by data and knowledge of their software)

The interview process was very structured, clearly communicated and very swift: from the first interview with recruitment to the final offer, it took only three weeks. Feedback was provided along the process in a prompt and useful way.
