Get familiar with the tool beforehand and you will be fine. Please note that Celonis is putting much emphasis on hiring people with good social skills & intrinsic motivation, so it´s important to show this.

There was an initial phone screen with the recruiter and the hiring manager, followed by a presentation prompt backed by their software where you had to basically sell their services to a client, followed by a presentation to an executive team who would simulate a client presentation scenario and grill you on why Celonis is valuable (backed by data and knowledge of their software)

The interview process was very structured, clearly communicated and very swift: from the first interview with recruitment to the final offer, it took only three weeks. Feedback was provided along the process in a prompt and useful way.
