You will have a Panel interview with 3 people. Each person will ask questions pertaining to the roll of the position and each person will document your response. You will have to give your experience and provide examples of how you solved problems and what was the outcome.

The interview process was smooth. The interviewer was one of the Managers for the department i applied for . The interview lasted about 10 mins . She reviewed my educational background and also my prior experience. She was more focused on my customer service skills .

There was only 1 interview with basic situation/behavioral questions. It was very easy and the interviewer was very nice. This process has since changed and you can interview with several people or a panel.
